Ray is the former owner of Rally Revegetation, a multi-award-winning mine rehabilitation business operating for 30 years out of Kalgoorlie in WA. Ray was instrumental in developing innovative solutions for mine rehabilitation in WA with projects spanning from Lake Kepwari through to the Gold Fields and Pilbara.

Since the sale of Rally Revegetation in 2011, Ray has provided rehabilitation project management and consulting services through Gerrard Consulting, a specialist rehabilitation consultancy based in Bunbury.
